Cancellation & Return Policy
3DM-Shop accepts all returns products within 14 days after receipt of the goods. Resins cannot be returned once the bottles are opened or used as their shelf-life stayed limited in time. Please browse through our manuals, videos and blog before purchasing.
Upon confirming receipt of the merchandise and inspection, a credit for returns or exchanges will be issued. It may take 7-10 business days for your financial institution to process your credit and have it appear in your account.
Tax (if applicable) is refunded with returns.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
When you return items from a group of items purchased, the remaining amount spent may no longer be eligible for any discount you may have received (e.g., for gifts with purchase, free gifts, buying in quantity). If this is the case, the discount is subtracted from the price you paid for the returned item. To receive a complete refund, all items from the original purchase must be returned.
To process a return or exchange
We only accept returns for orders placed with 3DM-Shop. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any other online store or retail outlet. Return requests can be initiated by utilizing our Contact Us web form with the “Technical Support” topic.
Step One – Request a Return Authorization number (RMA) by utilizing our Contact Us web form with the “Technical Support” topic. An RMA is required for all returns and exchanges. Please provide your Paypal Receipt No. or Order Number. We will then contact you for photos of the issues if applicable.
Step Two – Print the Return Label we will provide you when we issue your RMA.
Step Three – Prepare and ship your product:
- Place all items in original packaging.
- Remove, cover, or mark over any original shipping labels.
- Write in bold letters on the outside of the package: “RMA < RMA number you were provided>“
- Carefully pack the item to ensure against damage during shipping and be sure to insure the item for its full value. You are accountable for any damage incurred during shipping.
- Utilize a tracking service from your selected shipping company.
It is your responsibility to pay for return shipping and insurance costs. In the event of an exchange, you also responsible for all costs associated with shipping the new item to you.
Be sure to contact us BEFORE refusing delivery or returning a product.
If you fail to abide by these guidelines, the process of rectifying the issues could be prolonged.
In an exchange, we will not ship the new item until we have received your returned product.
The exchanged item must be in its original and working condition: unused, undamaged, and unopened in its original packaging. If the packaging on items is opened, the items will not be exchanged and no refund will be provided.
Receiving the Item
Your item will be inspected once it has been received. We will confirm the delivery in an email confirmation either accepting or declining the return or exchange and with details on the items received, their condition, and a summary of missing and used parts. You will be charged for missing and used parts.
For non-defective, unopened returned items, 3DM-Shop will charge a restocking fee equal to 10% of the original purchase price of each item returned within 30 days of the shipment date. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be processed according to method of payment.
If a refund has been approved, a credit will be issued according to the original payment method used. Please remember that refunds usually take a few days to be reflected in your statements, so please call your credit card company, bank, or other payment service before contacting 3DM-Shop.
If you have requested an exchange and it is approved by 3DM-Shop, a new item will be shipped to you only after we have received payment of outstanding fees, including but not limited to fees for cost of shipping and fees for returned items that are not in original and working condition.
